Happy Thoughts Co. holds a strict cancellation policy.

A cancelled appointment delays work and means that other clients miss out.  When you must cancel, please give at least 48 hours' notice.  A cancelled session is rarely able to be filled unless you give at least 48 hours' notice in advance for no charge.

If you are unable to provide at least 48 hours' notice when you cancel, you will be charged 50% of the total fee for your session if you notify between 24 and 48 hours.

If you give less than 24 hours' notice without a justified reason, you will be charged the full fee for your session.

According to practice, to be fair to all clients, we apply this policy consistently.
